Car of the Month March 2024
Greetings to my MOCA family and thank you for being chosen as Car of the Month for March 2023. Just a quick story about my 2013 Boss 302. I had been searching for a Laguna Seca, but the ones that I found were a bit pricey. So, my searches turned to a 2013 Boss 302. I ruled out the 2012s because I like the front end of the 2013s better. Just a personal taste.
It was a great find with only 9,200 miles on the clock. The Recaro seats were comfortable, and the handling was typical of a Boss 302. However, as the story goes, all good things must come to an end, and this story did on March 22, 2023.
Bobby’s 2013 Boss 302
A neighbor stopped by one evening and asked about my Boss. We chatted, and I learned that he had been searching for a 2013. He shared that he was really interested in my car due to the pristine condition and that it was also a local car. So, I obliged and let him go on a test drive (escorted).
Later that week we sealed the deal and the Boss moved three blocks up the street to very happy new owner. In the meantime, I purchased a 2024 GT Premium, 6 speed in Black. As a result, this story had a happy ending for two Mustang owners.
In closing, I would like to wish you all a successful year as you move towards the Round Up. When you read this, I will probably be in Idaho Falls, Idaho on a new job.
