Car of the Month April 2023

Growing up as a child my dad always loved Mustangs and he owned a couple of 70’s models. That passion resulted in me buying a 2014 GT Track Pack. I spent years and thousands of dollars on MOD’s to reach a little over 700 HP. I love that car but always wanted a SHELBY, just never wanted to spend the money on one.

After being diagnosed with cancer in 2020 and surviving the battle, my wife insisted that I go and find the Mustang that I always wanted. I looked for a couple of years hoping to find one in perfect condition with low miles. After letting several dealers know what I was looking for I finally got the call I had been hoping for.

A metallic metal 2018 GT350 was about to hit the lot and I was luckily contacted before it was made available to the public. Within an hour of the call I was on the lot signing the paperwork. This car is a work of art, smooth ride, plenty of power, loves the track, sounds amazing and nothing like the feeling of shifting at over 8,000 RPM’s. Ford no longer makes the GT350 so the value continues to increase on this car.
